1. Order Processing Times
At BU Beauty, we know you want your new cosmetics as quickly as possible. Our warehouse team works diligently to ensure fast and accurate fulfillment.
- All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) on business days are generally processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that during major promotional events, flash sales, or new product launches, order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days due to high volume.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with premium logistics providers, including BlueDart and Delhivery, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your beauty products across India.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or state-specific logistical restrictions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly via the courier's website.
If you created a BU Beauty account during checkout, you can also view your live tracking status at any time by logging in and navigating to the My Orders section of your dashboard.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
4. Undeliverable Packages & RTO
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If you are unavailable or the delivery address provided is incorrect, the package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to us.
- Incorrect Addresses: BU Beauty is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Refunds for RTO: If a prepaid package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will process a refund to your original payment method, deducting the actual forward and return shipping charges incurred by us.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders
Your products are carefully packed in protective materials, but rough handling during transit can occasionally cause issues.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the exterior box and the damaged items inside. Report this to us at contact@bubeauty123.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with family members, neighbors, or building security first. If it cannot be located, contact us within 3 days so we can open an official investigation with the courier partner.
6. International Shipping
At this time, BU Beauty only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping to other countries.
