1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to BU Beauty. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and BU Beauty (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the bubeauty.com website as well as any other media form or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Site, including faster checkout and order tracking, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we suspect are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products available on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

Color & Representation Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our cosmetics and beauty products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be completely accurate due to differing screen calibrations.

Pricing Changes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

4. Orders, Payments & Billing

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors like Razorpay) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are specified during the checkout process. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

While we strive to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical issues, public holidays, or extreme weather. BU Beauty is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare products, strict hygiene regulations apply to all returns.

• Unopened & Sealed: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Damaged or Defective: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

No part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, or product reviews (collectively, "Contributions").

By posting Contributions (such as product reviews or tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, display, and distribute your Contributions for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer

In no event will BU Beauty, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or physical reactions arising from your use of the Site or our products.

You agree to carefully read all product labels, ingredients, and usage instructions prior to use. If you experience an allergic reaction or severe irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. BU Beauty and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
